OVUM DONOR REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM

A Center for Coastal Conceptions is now offering an Egg Donor Referral Incentive Program for friends or family members you know that may be interested in becoming an ovum (egg) donor. 

How the program works:
You must complete an application giving A Center for Coastal Conceptions information about yourself  (necessary to properly disburse incentives).  To receive an application, please email us at info@centerforcoastalconceptions.com  You do not have to currently be an ovum donor with A Center for Coastal Conceptions.  However, the prospective referral donor can not be currently working with any other agency, clinic or advertise herself as an ovum donor on the internet or any other publication.  The Prospective Referral Donor will be required to complete the Ovum Donor Referral Form and initiate contact with A Center for Coastal Conceptions.  Once she has contacted our office, we will forward an Ovum Donor Application to her.   She must meet donor eligibility requirements and be accepted into the program.

The financial incentives are based off following:
Referring Person can be eligible to receive a referral fee of:
  · 3% of the Donor’s compensation for her first procedure/cycle
  · 4% of the Donor’s compensation for her second procedure/cycle
  · 5% of the Donor’s compensation for her third through fifth cycle

The referral fees are paid by A Center for Coastal Conceptions.  Fees are not drawn from the Donor’s personal compensation. Referral fees will only be disbursed once the Prospective Donor  has been selected by a couple and has completed her donor cycle.
